A few important notes:
• The specific time and date of your pick-ups for mainland and island transfers are outlined below.
• Unless your transfers are marked as private, in some locations, your transfers may be grouped with other travelers in a semi-private minivan.
• Do not be late for your transfer pick-up times, or you will jeopardize making your connection.

• Once you exit the luggage claim area, disembark from the ferry or get off the train please look for:
- A sign with the TrueTrips Logo
- A sign with your Hotel Name or Logo
- A sign with Your Name
• Always confirm with your driver that he/she is your designated transfer representative by stating the trip leader's name and your destination.
• The pick up date and time of the transfers may change even after the transfer has been confirmed.
