Due to the morphology of the Santorini caldera most hotels situated along this side of the island are built on multiple levels, “cascading” down the cliff. It is important to note that for this reason, the majority of rooms in these hotels do not offer balconies / terraces with absolute privacy. If you are looking for maximum privacy, which is truly challenging in Santorini, please let us know and we will make recommendations accordingly.
